Shipping policy

Next day delivery is available on all orders where the following criteria have been met:

• The order is placed before 11am and all security checks have been completed.
• All items on the order are in stock and available for delivery.
• Cleared funds have been received in full for the order total or there is sufficient credit limit available
• Delivery is to a UK mainland address, post code restrictions apply. Please contact us for a list of restricted postcodes.
• Applies to next working day, excludes bank holidays and Sundays.
• Product restrictions apply to products that don’t ship directly from our warehouse

Furniture - Made to Order

• The standard lead time on all furniture which is made to order is 4 weeks
• A delivery date will be confirmed when cleared funds have been received or there is sufficient credit limit available.
• Items are either delivered directly by our supplier
• Delivery maybe via a 3rd party courier by pallet and therefore you will need to ensure adequate provision is made to receive the item
• Larger items will be delivered and assembled on-site by our supplier, exact delivery date will be confirmed at least 3 days in advance

 

Delivery Terms & Conditions

1 Our delivery charges are as set out above.

You may be required to pay extra for delivery and it might not be possible for us to deliver to some locations.

Please note that we are only able to deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom, but excluding the Isle of Wight, the Isle of Man, the Scottish Isles, parts of Scotland, Northern Ireland and the Channel Isles.

8.4 We will deliver the goods to the delivery address specified in your order. It is important that this address is accurate. Please be precise about where you would like the goods left if you are out when we deliver. We cannot accept any liability for any loss or damage to the goods once they have been delivered in accordance with your delivery instructions (unless this is caused by our negligence). If no one is available at your address to take delivery , and you have not provided delivery instructions we will leave you a note informing you of how to rearrange delivery or collect the Products from a local depot.

8.5 If, after a failed delivery to you, you do not re-arrange delivery or collect your order from a delivery depot we will contact you for further instructions and may charge you for any further delivery costs. If, despite our reasonable efforts, we are unable to contact you or re-arrange delivery or collection we may end the Contract and refund any money which you have paid. We reserve the right to deduct our reasonable costs.

8.6 Your Order will be fulfilled by the delivery date set out in your order confirmation or dispatch email or, if no delivery date is specified, then, subject to clauses 8.4, within 30 days of the date of the Payment Confirmation. We ask that you inform us if you have not received your Products within seven days of the delivery date.

8.7 If our supply of the Products is delayed by a Force Majeure Event then we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and we will take steps to minimise the delay. Provided that we do this, we will not be liable for delays caused by the Force Majeure Event but if there is a risk of substantial delay, you may contact us to end the Contract and receive a refund. If delivery is delayed beyond this time, we will contact you and either agree a mutually acceptable alternative date or offer you a full refund.

8.8 Delivery will take place when we deliver the Products to the address specified in your Order. You will become the owner of the goods you have ordered when they have been delivered to you. Once goods have been delivered to you they will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for their loss or damage.
